Markos pursed his lips together in thought. "If Torbin realized that… he was going to die and then someone would take on his appearance. That would explain the warning and the change in personality." His eyes widened as he looked to Caelyn. The others were marveling at the herd, leaving the two templars alone with their heavy thoughts.
Caelyn nodded, looking away from Markos to watch the way that Iliana was interacting with a horse. He cleared his throat to catch their attention. "Right. So we have a herd of these horses here. Should we let the wardens roam and use these horses for the rest of the journey instead? We should be able to recover the warders when we return."
"Torbin of that life knew. That means that Juneau who is the current Dragon Slayer is likely not the same man who rode north all those years ago." Caelyn offered Markos in telepathic reply.
