The other Alphas nodded. They weren't yet powerful enough to disregard the deterrent effect of the Grandmaster Prohibition Treaty, nor was the current situation worthwhile for them to overtly flout the law.
"We have to first determine where we will strike to kidnap the President. We obviously can't strike at the Presidential Palace. Fortunately, President Zapata's aides have announced that the President will take a tour of the Old City district in Bogota three days from now and would afterwards hold a press conference in the area to inform the people about the government's discussion with the cartel and to allay any fears the people may have." Korede explained.
