CH172: Lunch Meeting
"I believe Ivan Alexeyev is a Master," Abdul-Lateef revealed.
"Are you sure?" Korede asked.
"Positive," Abdul-Lateef replied.
Korede nodded and turned back to Champion.
"What do you have on him?"
"He's former Speznats, Russian Special Forces. His army unit spent most of its time at the Siberian Border but they are sometimes called in for very dangerous, high profile missions. He was later transferred to the SVR where he worked Wet work. Eventually, he was released by the agency. Apparently, he was deemed too dangerous and unstable even for them.
"Dmitri found him and offered him a job. He became Dmitri's bodyguard and helps take care of his competition. I suspect he's one of the important pieces that keep Dmitri in power. He's called the Siberian Polar bear.
