Abigail got out of the car. Benjamin Jones was already waiting for her.
"Let's go in." After saying hello, Benjamin didn't stand on ceremony with Abigail and directly led her into the courthouse. Only after submitting a series of documents were they allowed to pick him up, but halfway there, Benjamin suddenly stopped.
Abigail was puzzled. "What's wrong?"
"Nothing." Benjamin replied, continuing forward.
Abigail didn't think much of it and followed behind Benjamin and the judicial workers.
When they reached the holding area, Abigail instinctively clutched her bag. Then she heard a slightly disgruntled male voice from inside, "Where are the clothes you brought me?"
Benjamin moved to the side. "Hmm, here they are."
Abigail, holding the bag, "..."
After a few days in the same clothes, Brandon Piers planned to take a shower and change his clothes before surprising Abigail at the law firm. Now he saw her and was at a loss for words.
