The five remaining Old men were all present, but they weren't seated in their usual seats in the hall, rather, they were standing obediently as they replied to the questions of the man seated on the main seat.
In front of the Old men was a man who looked to be in his mid forties. This man wore golden robes, his refined features and clothing made it easy to tell that he was from a top force.
"City Lord, it's not that we don't want to call him out. It's just that we can't go to the place where he's currently residing." The Old man in black explained to the City Lord. The person was none other than City Lord Vaughn, who for some reasons reverted back to his younger self. Most of the residents of Raging Flames City knew him with this appearance.
