My name used to be Lucas, and by what I just said you probably have a few questions of what I mean by that, so I'll just tell you I died and was reincarnated by some God that told me to make a wish choose a world and a time and buzz off. Literally that's it, This God like being gave me no explanation what so ever.
So I decided to play along with his game and figured it was better then death and boy did it sound fun.
So now that you know my situation let me tell you being a baby is so boring, yeah that's right I'm a baby and I'm not your average baby either I am now in the body of second life Gu Yue Fang yuan, with two aperture's upon my awaking ceremony with 90% primeval essence. That's right now that I have two aperture's not only will the strain of the Spring Autumn Cicada lesson when it becomes a problem I will also be able to have a second vital gu so when I do learn how to refine gu, it wont get randomly destroyed if I fail which I most definitely will on my first attempts.
I look over to my left to see my brother Fang Zheng staring at me, now that I think about I don't if I should care about him or not because he is very stupid in the future and I really don't care enough to change it, so we will just have wait for what the future holds.
Just like that and 5 years pass and boy is it was it weird learning a different language. I was never very good at trying to learn other languages in my past life but I think it might have been easier now that its all I hear and I do hear it a lot because of how much my uncle talks to me trying to manipulate me into being the perfect toy he wants me to be so that he can get my parents inheritance in the future. I never really knew my mom of this life it was to blurry in the beginning to even really remember what she looked like. The one thing I did take advantage of my uncle is that I asked him to get me a martial arts teacher and my uncle actually said yes probably to get me to like him more I'm not quite sure yet.
Martial arts is something I actually really enjoyed, it took up a lot of time which was something I needed, because I didn't really want to play with the kids my age it was so boring when I did that. So when I was learning martial arts Fang Zhang was playing with friends and it kind of pulled us apart but I didn't really mind its not like I will stay in this small village for too long.
As the years continue to pass I also started to learn other things like calligraphy and painting so as to try and do things at multiple times as this might help me at refining in the future.
And just like in a blink of an eye, 10 years past and my martial arts has advanced a lot I'm quite proud of my self in what I was able to learn. I can fight on almost on equal terms as my instructor, but he was bigger so obviously he had the advantage.
Now that I only have a few weeks left until I get my apertures I'm getting really excited I started searching for every cave in the bamboo forest I could and so far I have found 3 but I haven't gone in any of them yet I don't want to risk anything. I have also saved up my allowance of 3 primeval stones a month a lot over the years and have around 200 which is a good amount that I kept in a hidden floor tile.
And now finally the year ends and tomorrow is the day of the ceremony and if I was being honest I was anxious because even though I wished for it there is something telling that I just wont be able to get past 27 steps just like the original fang yuan but I had remove those those thoughts and forge my path.
