For the same matter, if they found it greatly intriguing, they could discuss it over and over for months, which was why Bart Civilization's technology was exceptionally exquisite. Yes, it could only be described as exquisite—many areas didn't require such refinement, yet they willingly spent ample effort and delighted in doing so.
