He joins the elite and dangerous R.C.A. — the Rogue Control Association, an organization tasked with tracking, subduing, and capturing Rogues: evolved beings who've lost control of their power, sanity, or morality. In a world where magic and hyper-technology coexist and every living creature can ascend into their truest, most powerful form, the Rogues are terrifying reminders of what happens when that power goes unchecked.

Years ago, when he was still a young simple slime, Rogues destroyed his village, annihilated his parents and the rest of his kind, and left him as the sole survivor. That trauma awakened something deep within him at such an early stage of his life than usual — a rare evolution. He became something new. Something stronger. Something determined.
With nothing left, young Emil made his way into the heart of the colossal cyber-fantasy capital, Reynets, surviving on odd jobs, highschool and college scholarships until he earned his way into the top. Now, Emil is ready to put his young and refined evolution to the truest test. To rise through the R.C.A. ranks. To hunt down those responsible. To take down every Rogue he'll encounter. And to learn new experiences, meet new people, make new friends and enjoy himself in his new environment and job.
